Android App Settings and Support
Overview
Use Settings in the OuterSpatial Android app to manage your profile, notification preferences, app options, help links, and support tools.
Open Settings
- Open the OuterSpatial app.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the settings icon.
Some settings require you to be logged in. If you are not logged in, Settings still includes app information, support links, and login options.
Profile Information
When you are logged in, use profile and account settings to update your profile photo, name, preferences, and account details. Your email address is shown in account and profile surfaces.
If you need to change your email address, tap the email help link where it appears. OuterSpatial opens a help article with the current steps for changing the email address on your account.
Notification Settings
Tap Notification Settings to manage the messages OuterSpatial can send. You can turn full notification channels on or off, then adjust individual notification types inside a channel when they are available.
Organization and location subscription notifications are tied to the organizations and places you follow or subscribe to. Use those screens together with Notification Settings to control what you receive.

When you report an error or suggest an edit from supported content screens, OuterSpatial prepares an email with app, device, user, and content details. Leave the generated details in the message so support can identify what you are reporting.
