OuterSpatial uses passwordless authentication—no passwords to remember or reset. Just enter your email address, and we'll send you a one-time verification code.

How to Log In

Enter your email address in the provided field
Click Continue
Check your inbox for an email from OuterSpatial (usually arrives within 1–2 minutes)
Enter the 6-digit verification code from the email
Click Verify

This process is the same across all OuterSpatial apps and platforms.

New to OuterSpatial?

You don't need to create an account separately. Just enter your email address and follow the steps above:

First time? We'll create your account automatically.
Returning? Your favorites, posts, and challenge responses will be right where you left them.

Use the same email address each time to keep all your content in one place.

Troubleshooting

Verification Code Not Working

This is the most common issue. When you request a new verification code, any previous codes are automatically deactivated for security—only the newest code will work.

To fix this:

Return to the log in screen
Enter your email address again
Request a fresh code
Use only the code from this latest email (ignore older ones)

Not Receiving the Email?

If your verification email doesn't arrive within 2–3 minutes:

Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails sometimes get filtered.
Double-check your email address. A small typo can send the code to the wrong place.
Add our email addresses to your contacts. This helps future emails reach your inbox:

- success@outerspatial.com
- visitors@outerspatial.com
Wait a few minutes and try again. Brief delays can occasionally occur.

Using Multiple Email Addresses?

Each email address is linked to a separate OuterSpatial account. To access your saved content, log in with the same email address you used when you saved it.

Use the most recent code. If you've requested multiple codes, only the latest one will work.
Enter your code promptly. Codes expire after 10 minutes for security.
