iOS App Settings and Support
Overview
Use Settings in the OuterSpatial iOS app to manage your profile, notification preferences, app options, help links, and support tools.
Open Settings
- Open the OuterSpatial app.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Some settings require you to be logged in. If you are not logged in, Settings still includes app information, support links, and login options.
Profile Information
When you are logged in, tap Profile Information to update your profile photo, first name, last name, and preferences. Your email address is shown on this screen.
If you need to change your email address, tap the help icon next to the email field. OuterSpatial opens a help article with the current steps for changing the email address on your account.
Notification Settings
When you are logged in, tap Notification Settings to manage the messages OuterSpatial can send. You can turn full notification channels on or off, then adjust individual notification types inside a channel when they are available.
Organization and location subscription notifications are managed from your saved places and subscriptions. Notification Settings links you to those saved items instead of showing every subscribed place inside the settings screen.

- Support & Feedback opens the OuterSpatial Help Center.
- Ideas & Feature Requests opens the feedback email.
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Rate on App Store, and Shop open their related pages.
When you report an error or suggest an edit from supported content screens, OuterSpatial prepares an email with app, device, user, and content details. Leave the generated details in the message so support can identify what you are reporting.
