Delete Your Account

Before You Delete

Deleting your OuterSpatial account is permanent. Once deleted, you'll lose:

• Your profile and display name

• Any Social items, including check-ins, posts, reviews, and reports

• Challenge enrollments and progress

• Saved locations, organizations, and downloaded maps

If you're sure you want to proceed, you can delete your account using either OuterSpatial Mobile or OuterSpatial Web.

Delete Your Account in OuterSpatial Mobile

These steps work for both Android and iOS.

1. Open the Me tab

2. If you're not logged in, tap the button to log in first

3. Tap the Settings cog in the upper-right corner

4. Tap Profile Information

5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

6. Select the radio button to confirm you want to delete your account

7. Tap Delete Account

Delete Your Account in OuterSpatial Web

1. Go to outerspatial.com/settings/delete-account

2. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in first

3. Click Delete Account

4. Review what deleting your account will remove, then type your email address in the text field to confirm

5. Click Delete Account
