Profile, Saved Items, and Subscriptions
Overview
Use your Profile on the OuterSpatial website to review account activity and saved content. You need to be signed in to open profile pages.
The profile sidebar includes Saved, Subscriptions, Social, Challenges, and, when available, Wallet. Counts next to each section show how many items are in that list.
Find Saved Locations and Organizations
Open Saved to review content you saved from public web pages or Mobile.
Saved includes:
- Locations for saved areas, trails, outings, and Points of Interest.
- Organizations for saved organization pages.
Saved Locations show location cards. Saved Organizations show organization cards. Select any card to open the public page for that location or organization.
If a saved list is empty, use Explore Locations or View All Organizations to find content you may want to save.
Save or Remove Items
Use the save button on a location or organization page to add that item to your saved profile lists. You may need to sign in before saving.
Use the same save button again to remove the item from your saved list. After removing an item, refresh your profile list if the page does not update immediately.
Review Subscriptions
Open Subscriptions to review locations and organizations where you asked to receive notifications.
Subscriptions includes:
- Location Subscriptions for places where you used the bell icon.
- Organization Subscriptions for organizations where you used the bell icon.
Select a subscribed location or organization to open its public page. Use the bell icon on that page to change the subscription.
Notification subscriptions control whether a specific location or organization can send you updates. Use Notification Settings to choose which notification types can be sent by email or push notification.
Review Social Activity
Open Social to see your recent OuterSpatial social activity on the web. This can include public posts and reviews connected to your account.
If you do not have social activity yet, use Read Posts to browse public social content. To create web-supported social activity, open a location page and use Create when that action is available.
Review Challenges
Open Challenges to see challenges connected to your account. Select a challenge card to open the public challenge page.
Challenge participation and task completion usually happen in OuterSpatial Mobile. The web challenge page helps you review challenge details, requirements, results, and public activity.
Open Wallet
When Wallet is available, the profile sidebar can show Passes, Reservations, and Tickets. Use Wallet to review purchases connected to your OuterSpatial account.

Troubleshooting
If profile content is missing or does not update:
- Make sure you are signed in with the account that saved, subscribed to, posted, or joined the item.
- Refresh the profile page.
- Check the matching public page to confirm the item is still available.
- Use the save or bell icon again if you need to re-save or re-subscribe.
- Review Notification Settings if subscription notifications are not arriving.
Some content appears only when an organization keeps it public or available in your current account context.
