Tickets, Passes, and Reservations

Overview

Some public OuterSpatial web pages include tickets, passes, or reservations published by partner organizations. These options can appear on organization pages, area pages, or related location pages when they are available.

Use the public web experience to review product details and open checkout. Use signed-in Wallet pages to review purchases that are connected to your OuterSpatial account.

Find Ticket, Pass, and Reservation Options

Open Explore, a community page, an organization page, or a location page. If tickets, passes, or reservations are available, the page may show a related section or a list page for that product type.

Public product lists can include:

  • Tickets for events, tours, entry, or other time-based access.
  • Passes for access or benefits connected to a place or organization.
  • Reservations for campsites, lodging, or other bookable inventory.

Availability depends on what the partner organization has published.

Review Product Details

Select a ticket, pass, or reservation to open its details. Depending on the product, the details can include photos, a description, price, partner name, camping categories, site types, and policy information.

Prices, dates, inventory, and checkout rules are controlled by the partner. Review the partner details before completing checkout.

Purchase or Reserve

When a product can be purchased or reserved, choose the purchase or reservation button. The button may say Reserve On followed by the partner name, or Purchase On followed by the partner name.

OuterSpatial opens the partner checkout page in a new browser tab. Complete the purchase or reservation on the partner site. If the partner sends the purchase back to OuterSpatial, it can appear in your Wallet after you sign in.

Open Wallet

Wallet pages require you to be signed in.

If a Wallet page is empty, use Explore to find locations with available products, or confirm that the partner purchase is connected to your OuterSpatial account.

Connect Reserve California

Some Wallet pages can show Connect Reserve California or Disconnect Reserve California. Use Connect Reserve California when you need to link eligible ReserveCalifornia purchases to your OuterSpatial account.

After the connection is active, return to Wallet to check whether your reservations, passes, or tickets appear.

View Purchase Details

Open a Wallet item to view its details. Depending on the purchase, the detail page can include:

  • Status, such as active, pending, completed, cancelled, expired, failed, refunded, or used.
  • Location, date, admission, check-in, or check-out information.
  • Confirmation code, barcode, or QR code when available.
  • Price breakdown and receipt-style details.
  • Policies and fine print.
  • Add to Wallet or Save to Wallet options when supported.
  • View On partner links when a partner detail page is available.
  • Support contact details for the partner or a Get Help link.

Some wallet actions work best on a phone. If the page says Phone Required, open the item on your mobile device before adding it to a device wallet.

Get Help With a Purchase

Open the Wallet item and look for Need Help? The page may show the partner's phone number or email address. If direct contact information is not available, use Get Help.

For questions about the charge, refund, availability, or partner checkout process, contact the partner listed on the purchase when partner contact information is available.

Troubleshooting

If a ticket, pass, or reservation is missing:

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the same OuterSpatial account used for the purchase connection.
  2. Check whether the purchase was completed on the partner site.
  3. Connect Reserve California if the purchase came from ReserveCalifornia and the option is shown.
  4. Refresh Wallet and check the matching Reservations, Passes, or Tickets page.
  5. Contact the partner or use Get Help from the Wallet item.

If a purchase button does not open, allow pop-ups for OuterSpatial, check your connection, then try again.
