Account and Notification Settings

Overview

Use Settings on the OuterSpatial website to update your profile, manage notification preferences, choose how location is used, set your language, or delete your account. You need to be signed in to use Settings.

Profile Information

Use Profile Information to update the name and photo shown on your OuterSpatial profile.

You can update your profile photo, First Name, and Last Name, then select Save. Your email address is shown on the page. Select Change Email to enter a new email address. After the change request succeeds, sign out and sign back in with the updated email address.

Notification Settings

Use Notification Settings to choose which messages OuterSpatial can send and where they can be sent. Each notification type can have separate Email and Push settings.

Notification types include Tips & Tricks, Product Updates, Social Engagement, Alerts, Check-Ins, Posts, Reviews, and Reports. Select Save after changing your preferences, or select Discard to undo unsaved changes.

Unsubscribe From Marketing

Use Unsubscribe from Marketing if you only want to stop marketing emails, such as Tips & Tricks and Product Updates. If you later want those messages again, select Re-subscribe.

Turn Off All Notifications

Use Turn Off All to unsubscribe from every notification type in one step. OuterSpatial asks you to confirm before saving this change.

Email Unsubscribe Links

OuterSpatial emails can include a link to manage notification settings without opening the full account settings area. If the link is valid, the page shows the same notification controls for the email address connected to that message.

If the link is expired, invalid, or missing required information, the page shows Unable to Load Your Notification Settings. Contact OuterSpatial support if you need help updating preferences for that email address.

Location Settings

Use Location Settings to review the location OuterSpatial is using for nearby content. The page can show the location source, city, accuracy, and coordinates when that information is available.

Select Update Now to request a fresh location. Turn on Always use precise location if you want OuterSpatial to use device GPS when available. Select Clear Preference to remove that saved location preference.

Language

Use Language to choose how the website displays supported text. You can use your device language, English, or Spanish.

Delete Account

Use Delete Account only when you want to permanently remove your OuterSpatial account. The confirmation dialog explains what will be deleted or affected. To continue, type your email address exactly as shown, then select Delete Account.
