What Happens When Your Organization Stops Using OuterSpatial

If your organization cancels its plan or otherwise stops using OuterSpatial, here's what you can expect.

Your Content and Data Stay in Place

We do not delete your organization's content or data when you leave. Visitors who have submitted check-ins, posts, reports, reviews, and challenge responses connected to your organization's content would lose that activity if we removed it. To protect their contributions, everything your organization has published remains in the system.

Your Access to Organization Tools Is Revoked

Once your plan ends, your organization will lose access to OuterSpatial's organization tools, including:

  • Manager — the dashboard used to create and manage content, view analytics, and configure your organization's presence.

  • Staff-level features in Mobile and Web — any tools or permissions available to your organization's staff members within the OuterSpatial mobile app and web experience.

Your staff members can still use OuterSpatial as regular visitors, but they will no longer have elevated access or management capabilities.

You Can Come Back Anytime

If your organization decides to return, simply sign up for a plan again. Once active, your organization's tools and access will be restored, and you can pick up right where you left off.
